In order to meet with growing and consistent demand from new and existing clients we have established two manufacturing units, with advanced facilities and skilled human resource. Our manufacturing facilities are located in Mumbai, Maharashtra and Halol, Gujarat.

The core of our manufacturing facilities consists of German make, Pilger-mills/Rolling-mills. With a total of 5, such mills we manufacture seamless pipes and tubes. The specialty of these German machines is that, the OD (outer Diameter) and, ID (Inner Diameter), of the pipes and tubes are machined simultaneously. Our facilities can manufacture pipes ranging between 12 mm. OD to 141 mm. OD, and the pipe thickness can be ranged between 0.50 mm. to 16 mm. another specialty of these machines is they enable us to manufacture pipes up to 25 meters in length with excellent quality and perfect finish.

Welded pipes and tubes are manufactured on 3 welded tube mills (automatic pipe forming welding machine with online pipe cutting). These machines have 3 headed welding torches for continuous welding inside and outside the pipe, thereby achieving full penetration of welding on pipes. The welded pipes and tubes manufactured between a range of 12 mm. OD to 219 mm. OD, and a thickness ranging between 1 mm. to 8 mm. A length of 12 meters can be achieved on these machines.

Apart from our well-equipped manufacturing facility we also maintain an extensive testing facility, which are required by many well-reputed third party inspection agencies. These include, L.R.A., S.G.S., D.N.V., B.V.I.S., T.U.V., etc.
